A summary of how Vex handles data. The Privacy Policy is the full, binding version.

• Vex only stores what it needs to run tickets, logs and answers.
• The dashboard never receives your Discord password. Data is never sold, and there is no advertising or tracking.
• Conversations with Vex and Vex's memory are deleted after 30 days.
• Support tickets, including forms, files and transcripts, are deleted 12 months after they close.
• All data about a server is deleted 30 days after Vex is removed from it.
• To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, open a ticket in the Support Server or email [email protected].
