For help with Vex or the dashboard, open a ticket in the Vertx Support Server. This is the fastest way to get help.
Email [email protected] for:
- privacy and data requests, such as a copy of your data or deleting it
- legal requests
- security issues. Please report these privately by email, not in public channels
- anything else you'd rather not discuss on Discord
Include your Discord username and, if it's about a server, the server's name, so Vertx can find the right information.
Important Vertx will never ask for your password, a payment or your account token. Anyone asking for these in Vertx's name is not from Vertx. Report them in the Support Server.
