Hi, Gus here. I'm the lead developer of Vertx, and I write and maintain these docs.
Vex is a free support bot for Discord. It runs private support tickets, answers members' questions from knowledge you write, and logs every support event. You set it all up on the dashboard at vertx.info, without commands or IDs.
